Sign up for a space using Google Calendar. You must be logged into Google with your school credentials. Choose the Media Center Calendar.
1. Click once on the date you would like to schedule a visit.
2. Under event, enter your name, time of the entire visit (make sure to choose EST time), and where (Media Center, Media Center Computer lab, or Conference Room A) be specific to avoid overbooking. You must choose the MEDIA CENTER calendar from the calendar drop-down menu where you see your name. Click CREATE.
3. Be sure to check that you aren't signing up during the same time as another person. Click on another person's entry if you can't see all the details, to avoid overbooking.
4. You may edit your entries, the media specialists are sent notifications for each change.
If you don't have access to this calendar please notify a Media Specialist.
