This practice will be sustained through continuous planning, monitoring and adjusting.

Evidence from Stakeholder Feedback Analysis and Executive Leadership notes indicates a mean score of 2.56 relating to how well leaders engage stakeholders to support priorities, and a perception of disconnectedness among central office leaders yielding sometimes an inconsistent message.
If we ensure administrators and key leaders have a clear and common understanding of stakeholder perceptions, then we will be better positioned to create a plan of improvement for stakeholder involvement.
