SS 1) Increase academic achievement and growth for all students with a focus on literacy and math
Strategies:
SS 1.1) Analyze and act upon assessment results to make decisions that support further learning, guide students’ next steps, check progress toward meeting clear learning goals, and determine achievement
SS 1.2) Analyze and act upon classroom observation results to make decisions that support further teacher learning and guide instructional next steps

SS 3) Expand opportunities for students to meet at least one indicator of College and Career Readiness

SS 3.1) Increase awareness of college and career readiness (CCR) and CCR indicator attainment
SS 3.2) Increase offerings of Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways and equitable access to earning an industry-approved credential across schools
SS 3.3) Promote Advanced Placement (AP) course offerings and provide support to increase qualifying scores
SS 3.4) Expand partnerships with local community colleges and universities to increase dual enrollment opportunities
SS 3.5) Expand partnerships with local industries to support students’ awareness and accessibility to workforce opportunities
SS 4) Improve high school graduation rates
Strategies:
SS 4.1) Provide rigorous and relevant instruction to better engage students in learning and provide the skills needed to graduate and to serve them after they leave school
SS 4.2) Provide academic supports and enrichment to improve academic performance
SS 4.3) Develop “early warning” procedures to identify students at risk of dropping out
SS 4.4) Assign adult advocates to students at risk of dropping out
SS 4.5) Coordinate resources to support at-risk students
