A BIG hello to you all!

I'm so excited to be starting my fifth year here at Valley View! I'm really looking forward to getting to know all of you! I have been teaching now for 16 years in various grade levels as both a general education and a special education teacher.  I think my super power is empathy which gives me the ability to see every child's special gifts and their specific needs. I love connecting with people, especially those of the third grade variety, and finding out what their super powers are. It's a privilege to spend so much time learning and growing with these kids! My door is always open to everyone who can make our class a safe and positive place for all.
