Junior Squash Programs

Upcoming Junior Clinics for 2025-26

Weekend junior squash programs at The Winsor School will start up on Sunday, September 7. The age range of our junior clinics is 6 to 18, for complete beginners up to advanced players. LearnSquash has redesigned its squash offerings for the 2024-25 school year.  There will be a beginner clinic for ages 6-9 years old, a Beginner Clinic for ages 10-18, an Advanced Beginner-Intermediate  Clinic and a new Intermediate + Clinic.  Please scroll down for more information. 

We have created a new DOT level system that comprises of 5 DOTS pertaining to 5 different skill levels for boys/girls ages 10-18yrs old. 

1 DOT - Starter/Beginner Level for those just starting out or with very little racket sports experience.

2 DOT - Beginner to Advanced Beginner Level is for those with some exposure to squash. 

3 DOT - Advanced Beginner to Intermediate Level is for those with more experience who can serve and hold a basic rally of several shots. 

4 DOT - Intermediate Level is for those players that have a good understanding of the game and may have just begun playing tournaments or on their school team but still need more work on certain areas of the game such as "taking the ball off the back wall". 

5 DOT - Intermediate + - Most of the players at this level have already begun playing Bronze tournaments and several are already playing Silver tournaments as well. 

Private Lessons

Private lessons are taught by Director of Squash, Cliff Wenn, Winsor Head Coach, Szilvia Szombati, or an experienced LearnSquash teaching professional.  Lessons are 45 mins long.

Clinics

Clinics are taught by Director of Squash, Cliff Wenn, Winsor Head Coach, Szilvia Szombati, or an experienced LearnSquash teaching professional.  Clinics run 1 or 1:30 hour depending on session.
