My child is having trouble accessing Literacy Planet via the app.

Some children found it difficult to access Literacy Planet via a phone. There are two app options to download. They need to use literacy planet sight words not the other app as it doesn't work.

When I log in to GSuite I can’t see any work for my child.

Make sure you are not logged in with your own personal Google account. Tap the round icon on the top-right of the page and Sign Out or Switch Accounts. You should then be able to log on with your child’s school username and password.
