Apollo 11 Landing Exhibit

This exhibit shows how you can use 3D models and pictures, sound and animation to create a simple focused scene in CoSpaces. You can read the complete process of creating this space here.

This art museum shows how a few simple elements in CoSpaces can be combined to create an interactive exhibit. The floor, walls, and ceiling were all made using the brick wall building material. The door to the lobby and the woman welcoming you to the art museum were taken from the CoSpaces library, and the woman was animated using the "Talking Neutral" action. The pictures were uploaded from external sites, and the picture frames were created using building blocks.

The aquatic museum was created to show the different features in CoSpaces. To create an underwater setting click on the Environment icon and select the environment needed. The background images such as seaweed and rocks were added from the Library tab under nature. For the animal images again, the Library tab was chosen and then animals was selected. Once the space is created actions can be added, for this museum the option to click on the animals and present information was used. To create this action double click on the animal and select code, then click on Use in CoBlocks. The next step was to code them into the space by selecting code in the upper right-hand side of the CoSpaces interface. Here we were able to use actions and events. For every event, such as clicking on a certain animal, an action was added to it, stating information for 10 seconds before disappearing. Lastly, to add a speech bubble, the purple plant was clicked on and speech was chosen followed by think where text was added. There are many more options that can be used in CoSpaces for any type of creation or design.
