Please follow the links above for some physical activities you can do at home to match your grade level. Some videos were developed in the third term of 2019-2021 showing the proper technique for the activities.


Every student from K-12, in the province of British Columbia, is encouraged to engage in at least 150 minutes per week (30 minutes/day at least 5 days a week) of moderate to vigorous physical activity. See charts below for examples of levels of activity and examples of moderate activity.

Always respect social distancing in all activities unless you are participating with someone from your home.
