Enter your employee number when prompted as the access ID and then your employee number again as the access pin. You will be prompted to change the phone access pin which must be at least 6 digits. This new access pin will be permanent for phone access to SFE and the temporary, first time password, when logging into the SFE web site.

Once you have registered via the phone click the COARS Tile on the SD23 dashboard and then the Login tile. The resources tile is a great place to look for quick reference guides.

Enter your employee number in the District Username field and the 6 digit password you created over the phone, in the Password field and click submit.

Upon first login you will be prompted to change your SFE password. Be sure to follow the complexity requirements as stated on the password change page.

You will be asked to verify your email and callback number. Click the Validate button for both options. You will receive a phone call from SFE. Answer the call and follow the prompts.

Log into your district email and look for the email from noreply_sd23.bc.ca@sfesubsystem.com in your In box or your Junk mail. Click the link to verify your email which will send you back to the SFE login.

Log back into SFE with your employee number and new password. From the Home screen Choose the Profile drop down in the top right corner and then Identify Provider Mapping. Click the link button and the system will report back that your SFE account is now Linked to your district email account.

You can now log into your SFE account by clicking the Microsoft Link on the SFE login page. If you receive a Session timed out error, click the Microsoft link again.
