After logging into the dashboard access your District Outlook web mail by clicking the Staff Email tile. Enter your district email address, click next and then enter the password provided to you. Click login.
After logging in, you will get a More information required notification. This is a one time setup of password recover to either your phone or a private email address. See the short video for a walk through.
Once you have set up password recovery you may want to change your password. Click the Password Change tile on the Popular resources page of the SD23 Dashboard to learn how. Method #2 from the document which is the most common, is listed below.
Method #2: Reset Your SD23 Network Password From District Email:
Click on your account profile icon in the top right corner, and select “My account” from the dropdown menu. Then select “Security & Privacy” from the menu that comes up on the left side of the page.
Then click on the “Password” (Change your password) option on the main screen and follow the steps provided.
Note: Once completed your SD23 Network password, SD23 GSuite account password and Employee Connect password will all reset to the same password.
