Go to Fundscrip to sign up by clicking the link.  Our school invitation code is Y3SPUE (clicking on the link below enters this code automatically).  If you choose to pay using an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), make sure the name you sign up with matches what is on your void check.  (You earn more $$ with an EFT)  Parents, I think it needs to be your name on the account, so if you want me to track your earnings according to your child and your last names do not match, please let me know via email who your child is!  If I am unsure who is ordering, the profits will go into the general music fund for instrument upgrades (I actually really appreciate this - we have a lot of equipment needs at GMS).

We've gone back to direct delivery.  If you order $200 in cards, you can get free shipping which means you will still get the same profits.  We weren't ordering enough to get free shipping with school delivery, so this will work better going forward.

We are fundraising with Tru Earth and their new sister company: Eco-Collective (also known as Net-Zero)!  They sell a range of eco friendly products for your home.  If cardboard packaging and space saving means a lot to you, these are a great option.  20% of each purchase through this link comes back to GMS as profit!  (This fundraiser is for the general program and instrument/equipment upgrades, and profits do not go into individual student accounts.)

This year, students have been sent home with information sheets including a personalized link that can be used to sell to friends and family.  This link is the only link you need to get started, and all instructions are there.  Please reach out to Mrs. Gorman and kimberly.gorman@sd23.bc.ca if you did not receive it or if you need help getting started.

Profits earned will be tracked by student and can be used to offset costs of future band trips.  A small percentage of all profits will go into the general music program account for equipment and instrument upgrades or other general needs.

 A few things to keep in mind:

1.       You will be responsible for delivering the orders that you or your child sells, so be careful about selling to relatives out of town. You will pick up all orders at the school and then will need to deliver orders from there. We can not do direct shipment so please make sure that friends and family from out of town know not to order if they do not live close by.

2.       Items do sell out. Don’t wait until the last minute to make orders, you will be disappointed.

We are launching a fundraiser for T Bones Meat on November 26th, 2025. Deadline for orders December 5th! This is a gift card fundraiser and 15% of the amount purchased will go to your student's fundraising account and the Music program.  These cards make great Christmas gifts!  Gift cards can be purchased in any denominations between $20-$200 (T-Bones cannot load cards for more than $200.)  Music students can sell using the order form handed out in-class (or here) to track orders if they want to go door-to-door, but all payment to GMS must be made through School Cash Online.  This means students can track sales using the form, enter the final order all at once online, and pay through School Cash Online.  Please keep the form at home so you can deliver cards to your customers.  Do not send in cash.
