Homework

Each week, your child will bring home a Homework Folder on Monday that will be due back to school each Friday with completed work.

Your child will have a fine motor review activity, a Reading Log, and an *optional Monthly Activity Calendar. Other weeks, they will have math review or a fun hands-on learning game.

Pre-Decodable Reading Books will come home in January that focus on sight words and beginning-reading skills. If your child is already reading, I will also send a decodable book at their current reading level.

Please practice reading these words. If your child can read all TK words, practice spelling them or using them in simple sentences. I like..., I can..., I see...

On Wednesdays, your child will bring home a Wednesday Folder containing samples of work and important notes from me or the school. Please empty this folder and go through the contents with your child. Wednesday folders will be due back on Friday with your Homework Folder.
