Before putting a ticket in...have you access the "BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING PAGE" to see if you can solve the problem yourself?
How to get help with your MLISD computer
Click the link below to submit a Help Ticket (OR YOUR TEACHER CAN DO IT FOR YOU) - be as descriptive about the problem as possible.
Once the ticket is received you will be called out of class in order of urgency and order of submission.
Double check your email for any communication from Technology about your ticket (questions, comments, etc)
**YOU MUST SUBMIT A TICKET IN ORDER TO RECEIVE HELP
Once you have submitted a Technology Help ticket, you will be called down to receive help.
PARENTS: Please allow your student to submit their own ticket and seek help. They have been told the process for getting help and once they do it for themselves, they know how to do it for the next time. Have them submit the ticket themselves or ask any teacher for help with that. They have also been emailed directions in their LISD email account. They can search for the email and follow the directions.
