Leadership - Hear from Mrs. Bahm, our Leadership teacher!
This class is primarily experiential and emphasizes the importance of communication, character, personal growth and building strong relationships and teams. We will work on listening skills, synergy, perceptions, conflict styles, personality and creating good, strong character. This will be done through team-building activities, games, strength and weakness assessments, public speeches, and journaling.
Medical Detectives - Hear from Mr. Beaver, our Medical Detectives teacher!
In Medical Detectives students play the role of real-life medical detectives as they collect and analyze medical data to diagnose medical conditions. They solve medical mysteries through hands-on projects and labs, measure and interpret vital signs, examine nervous system structure and function, and investigate disease outbreaks.
mxINCedu (Entrepreneurship) - Hear from Mrs. Bahm, our MxInc teacher!
This class is designed to introduce and explore the stages of the entrepreneurial process. Students will collaborate with a team of peers to develop, build, and sell a product they created - think Shark Tank for Middle Schoolers.
PE PALS
As a PE PAL you will be paired with Wiley Middle School students who have special needs.
Your role would be to assist them in the physical education environment. You will work closely with Special Education teachers, Physical Education teachers, and Instructional Assistants to help support these students.
The class will meet daily and will mirror a regular physical education program with possible modifications to activities.
The Special Education students have unique needs and these students will rely on you and your leadership skills to assist them as they participate in the program. You will witness the obstacles these students experience on a daily basis and must be prepared to accept the challenges that may come with supporting these students.
Principles of Applied Engineering - Hear from Mr. Beaver, our Principles of Applied Engineering teacher!

Using Gateway Design and Modeling along with Automation and Robotics modules, Principles of Applied Engineering introduces students to the fundamental principles of engineering, providing a solid foundation for applying engineering concepts in real-world scenarios. Students will be introduced to an array of engineering careers and learn about the industry standards in the fields of mechanical, electrical, civil and chemical engineering. Students will be provided with opportunities to collaboratively approach real-world problems and utilize a variety of media to showcase their research and designs with a focus on professionalism.

Quest - Students must qualify
