Our Vision
In the VRHS PALS Program, students will learn leadership skills such as communication, peer listening, conflict resolution, group dynamics, goal-setting, and project planning. Students will use these skills in combination with a spirit to serve others to provide programs for their peers that increase motivation, self-esteem, and student involvement. PALS will also seek out opportunities to help serve in the community. Class time will be spent developing leadership skills, serving our peers on our own campus, and mentoring younger students at our local elementary and middle schools.
