Boys Off-Season Information
In the off-season program we will lift 3 days a week, and work on speed and
agility everyday. Athletes MUST have running shoes in their locker at all
times along with the appropriate shirts and shorts. This is mandatory, without
the proper equipment athletes will fail athletics.
What to have in athletic locker after football/basketball season
Running/athletic shoes (mandatory)
Football cleats/or shoes to keep from slipping on grass (Football cleats optional, mandatory shoes)
Sweat shirt (mandatory)
Sweat pants (mandatory)
Stiles Athletics issued shorts (mandatory)
Stiles Athletics issued shirt (mandatory)
Any toiletries
We will re-open the athletic store for purchase 3 times a school year: November after football season, March for athletes that will be in the program the following year, and early August for those that missed March order. Athletic clothing is 100% mandatory.
Athletes will start our off season program the first day after football/basketball season. On the first day after a sport has ended, students will come to school and be released home at a normal time. Off season work out will always be completed during the athletes athletic period. Athletes need to be dressed and ready for work outs no later than 5 min after the late bell for class.
Parents remember, that athletics is considered a Pre AP course.
