1. Curl Down- Sequential movement of the spine starting with the top of the head.

6. Triplet- Counted in 3's or 6's a plie' followed by releve' or vice versa.
7. Symmetry Same on both sides of the center point.
8. Asymmetry- Not the same on both sides of the center point.
9. Shifts- Changing the weight from one foot to the other.
10. Body Half- Opening and closing one side of the body.
