Steiner Ranch Elementary School G/T- QUEST Referral Form
Referrals for G/T - QUEST services will open November 1, 2025! Elementary students referred for testing by March 1, 2026 will be screened to determine the need for additional GT Assessment and Identification during our SPRING screening window. Those that refer will be notified by April 1, 2026 if further information is needed or if their student will be moving on to testing. Those that qualify for testing will be notified and will be assessed in the last two weeks of the 2025-2026 school year. Notification of results will be sent when testing is finished before the end of the year and those that qualify will begin services In the fall of the 2026-2027 school year.

PLEASE NOTE: There are THREE Forms that must be completed for the referral to be considered.
