April 1: Rouse HS Counselors have input all course requests received for the 2024-2025 school year. All students and parents need to read this information so students can confirm that their course requests for the 24-25 school year are accurate. This communication was shared in Google Classroom and in Raider Digest on 4/1/24.
Course Selection Process & Timeline for 24-25 school year
Class of 2025
December - February: Counselors will review course request sheet during one on one meetings.
February 16: Course request sheets due in Google Classroom

February 1-2: Counselor meetings with students during English 2.

February 14-15: Counselors will review course request information in English 1 (McDonald, Carlyle)
February 23: Course Planner needs to be updated for 10th grade.

February 12: RHS Counselor presentation @ Stiles
February 13: RHS Counselor presentation @ Wiley
February 21st: 8th graders visit RHS & Future Exploration Night
February 26-27: Course Planner needs to be updated for 9th grade course requests. RHS counselors will meet with 8th graders to review Naviance Course Planner.
