What will we learn in 6th Grade World Cultures?
This year in social studies we will focus on contemporary societies from around the world. Geography, historical events, and people of various cultures are examined, as well as governments, religious systems and economic systems. In studying societies both similar and very different from their own, students will be able to compare institutions that the world's people have in common.
