If your student is struggling in one of their classes, I can be a support for them, but their teacher in that class should be their main support! Our teachers here are experts at what they teach, and they will be able to support you and/or your student well! If you would like to loop me in the communication, you can CC me in emails!
HMS has a No Cell Phone policy. Student's phones must remain in their backpacks from the beginning of the school day to the end. If you need to get a message to your student, you can call the office. This may be an adjustment for you and your student, and I am here to support y'all throughout the adjustment process.
Sixth grade is a big transition from elementary school! I will be here to help both you and your child throughout this transition. You should be receiving lots of communication from me at the beginning of the year as we both adjust to what this year looks like!
