My name is Liz McChesney and this is my third year teaching at HMS! However, just like all of you, I went to Henry Middle School, and I loved being a Hawk! After graduating from Vista Ridge High School, I went to The University of Texas. When I graduated, I made a big move to Northeast Pennsylvania, where my husband, Brien is from! A few years ago, we moved back to Texas and we are excited to be here! We have one son named Isaiah and are expecting our second son this Fall!

This is our sweet pup, Sam. He is the goofiest boy around. He spends 98% of the day napping as seen above. The other 2%, he goes wild! We love him so much!

My love for UT football began long before my time in college! I am a born and bred longhorn, and during football season, I spend EVERY Saturday watching football!

My favorite hobby is playing board games with friends and family. Some of our favorites are Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, and Ticket to Ride. Let me know if you have a game I should add to my collection!
