Beginning Band 2026-2027

The LMS Band Directors will work over the next month to balance all of our classes and make sure every student is placed on the best instrument for them. If you have already done the instrument selection process, you can expect an e-mail from Ms. Love at the end of March or early April about your students instrument placement. We will have a parent meeting to covering all the information you need for band, and information for that meeting is below. You will order your student’s instrument and supplies for band to be delivered to LMS over the summer.

INCOMING BEGINNING BAND PARENT MEETING

Tuesday, May 5, 2026 | 6:30pm at Leander Middle School

Strait Music will be at this meeting, and you will be able to easily order your instrument and supplies! Strait Music will deliver instruments and supplies to LMS over the summer. One parent/guardian must attend, band students are more than welcome to come!
