UNDERCLASSMEN PORTRAITS

Please note that school photos are scheduled for August 23 and August 24 during English class in Lecture Hall C. If your student is enrolled in an ACC class, an administrator will provide them with instructions on their designated time. It's important to note that seniors will also take their ID photos during this time.

Retakes and make-ups are scheduled for Sept. 28 on campus.

If a student misses all of the scheduled picture days on campus, they will not have their photo included in the student section of the yearbook. It's important to note that we do not take spring pictures. For seniors, the senior yearbook picture must be taken at the CADY Studio. Order forms for pictures will be distributed by your student's English teacher.

FAQ:

Who made the decision to switch photo companies?

It was a decision made by Leander Student Media, Mr. Simpson, and myself. The decision to change photo companies after a long partnership with our previous company was based on a variety of factors, including the need for more advanced software and a closer studio. Unfortunately, the prior photo company could not meet our needs in certain areas that we believe are crucial to maintaining the excellence of our yearbook program. We believe CADY Photography is better equipped to meet our specific needs and standards. Our priority is to ensure that we continue to produce a high-quality yearbook that reflects the achievements and memories of our students.

I understand that changes like these might seem unsettling, but please be assured that our main objective is to enhance the experience for our students and provide them with the best possible experience. We are committed to finding a partner that shares our values and dedication to excellence.

What about the prices?

After comparing CADY's pricing with that of other photo companies last May, we discovered that their rates were either similar or cheaper. It is important to keep in mind that photography services are a business and have their own expenses that must be covered.
