When & Where: Wednesday, Oct 14 at the LHS PAC. The concert starts at 7:00 PM; doors open at 6:30 PM.
Admission: Free and open to the public.
Parking: Arrive early. Park in any open front parking lot spot. Do not park on the Band Practice Pad.
Dress Option: School-provided dress. Bring black flats or dress shoes.
Tuxedo Option: School-provided tuxedo pants (plus jacket for Seraphim/Lionheart). Students bring long-sleeve black button-up shirts, long black socks, and black dress shoes.
Dressing Rooms: Restrooms next to the theater tech room. Keep areas clean and re-hang uniforms after the concert.
All students must take a headshot for the composite photo. Photos start at 4:30 PM. Headshots will be available for purchase after the concert. Students must be in their formal uniform for their headshot.
4:30 PM: Lionheart Singers
5:00 PM: Bella Voce
5:20 PM: Beginning Treble & Tenor/Bass
6:00 PM: Seraphim
Please let your director know if you need to attend a different picture time. We are flexible but need to know in advance!
Stage Rehearsals & Concert Schedule
Students must be in their assigned seats in the PAC at least 5 minutes before their rehearsal time AND by 6:30 PM.
5:00 PM: Beginning Tenor/Bass Warm-up (1st Period)
5:15 PM: Beginning Treble Warm-up (2nd Period)
5:30 PM: Lionheart Singers Warm-up (7th Period)
5:45 PM: Lionheart Singers, Bella Voce, & Seraphim Warm-up (3rd, 6th, 7th Period)
6:05 PM: Bella Voce Warm-up (6th Period)
6:15 PM: Script Rehearsal (Choir Council)
6:30 PM: All students seated in PAC
7:00 PM: Fall Concert Begins
~8:00 PM: Concert ends; change & return uniforms
~8:45 PM: Facility closes (Choir Council stays until cleanup is finished)
