WHAT DOES OUR CONTEST COMPANY DO?

Our contest company is compiled of a group of talented dancer's with an advanced skill set. These dancers come together and compete at the VRDC dance competition (and more depending on the year) during the second semester of school.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE CONTEST COMPANY?

Some of the choreography that will be competed will be auditioned in November and the girls who wish to be on it will learn the audition dance during after-school hours. From there Ms. Carter and judges will decide who will be on the company.

HOW CAN I PREPARE?

The best thing to do to prepare is take studio classes. If you are interested in pursuing this ask Ms. Carter what she thinks and she can recommend studios and classes to take. If studio is not an option there are many wonderful resources on YouTube; and of course being attentive and alert during Black Diamonds class time will help advance you forward!
