mLISD Payment Options

Our goal is to provide students with increased access to digital content, resources and devices to support anytime/anywhere learning. Leander Mobile Learning Initiative (mLISD) has been specifically created to make the best use of our resources in order to support student engagement in learning and the principles found in the LISD Vision, Graduate Profile, Student Learning Model, Ethical Principles and Student Learning Behaviors.

To help reach that goal, it is expected that every student brings a device to school every day.  You may bring your own device or participate in mLISD. For more information on mLISD please click HERE.

The payment portal for mLISD participation is open!  Click here to pay the non-refundable security deposit.   Scholarship opportunities are available, please contact your grade level counselor for more information. 

Updated price structure for the 2023-2024 school year:

High School Students:  $60.00 per year 

Middle School Students:  $40.00 per year

Students who receive free & reduced meals:  $0.00  (Registration is required  through our online store, currently EdPay, or submission of a signed acceptance form)

Updated device structure for the 2023-2024 school year:

6th grade: Lenovo 500e Chromebook (new)

7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th  grade: Lenovo 11e Windows laptop (current device)

9th grade: Lenovo 13W Windows laptop (new)

Payment methods:

A) Debit/credit cards through the mLISD website 

B) Cash payment and parent agreement form   

C) Scholarship form – email completed form to debbie.clack@leanderisd.org   

During the school year, laptops will be distributed one business day after payment.
