Need to withdraw your student from FPMS?
If you are moving out of the FPMS attendance zone, please fill out this form. After withdrawal, you will receive the paperwork required to enroll your student at their new school. If you have any questions, please call the registrar at 512-570-3715.
Important Notes:
If your student has an mLISD device you MUST return it to the campus within 5 school days from the withdrawal date.
If your student has belongings in their locker, please ensure they're empty before the student's last day. This includes their band and athletics locker if they have one.
If your student has library books checked out, they must be returned within 5 school days from the withdrawal date.
