Member Selection Timeline

February 21, 2025: Notification of Invitation

All seventh-grade students with no grade lower than 80% and a cumulative average of 90.00% or higher in their four core classes for the first semester will receive an invitation via email. Students who receive this email are asked to read the invitation carefully in its entirety before completing an application for this chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. 

March 28, 2025 by 4:30 PM: Candidate Information Packet Deadline

All candidates who wish to be considered for membership to the CRMS chapter of NJHS must hand deliver their application to either Mrs. Alamar (0138) or Ms. Bantolo (0102) by 4:30 PM on the date specified above. Students who turn in incomplete packets, or packets after this date & time, will not be considered for membership. 

Additionally, each student should ensure that  both teacher recommendation forms have been hand delivered to two current teachers of their choosing by this date and time. 

April 17, 2025: Notification of Faculty Decision

Candidates who are selected as members to the CRMS chapter of NJHS will be notified of this decision via email. All emails will be sent by 4:30 PM on the date specified above. 

April 27, 2025 at 6:30 PM: New Member Induction Ceremony

All members of the 2025 - 2026 CRMS NJHS chapter are expected to attend the Chapter Induction Ceremony on Monday, April 27. The induction will be held at the CRMS gym. 

All families & friends of new inductees are welcome to join!
