If the charger simply stops working, we will need to assess both the charger and the computer to confirm that it isn't the battery of the computer.
1. Put in a ticket for Mr. Luedtke here: Help Request. You will be called down with your charger to test.
2. If the charger is determined to be the problem, we will replace the faulty charger at no cost to you.
LISD will only accept the same charger that was issued to you. Off-brand chargers, while they may work, will not be accepted during turn-in because we cannot reissue that charger to another student. Off-brand chargers turned in will be returned to the student and a $40 fine assessed for replacing the charger with a Lenovo brand charger.
A lost power supply is the responsibility of the student and is not covered by the non-refundable security deposit.
Please note: If you have received a scholarship for the computer, you are still responsible for purchasing a lost power supply.
