Who is eligible to participate, do I need to be a Cedar Park HS Alumni?

• Any parent of a student enrolled in the CPHS Ag dept., former FFA member, or community member who is interested in supporting the students of the Cedar Park FFA chapter is eligible to join!!! 

What does getting involved look like?

• There are monthly meetings held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Ag classrooms. These meetings discuss ideas/opportunities to support the students of the Cedar Park FFA chapter, and set plans to implement them. 

• We need volunteers to help coordinate fundraising events such as our Pet Clinics held at the school project center (barn), Annual Golf Tournament,  and other activities that support the FFA program as needed. The time commitment is very light when we have parents willing to be involved and help out!

How does the organization support my student?

• Funds needed for FFA activities, events, competitions, travel, etc. that Leander ISD does not fund are donated to the FFA chapter throughout the year. Items such as team gear or equipment needed for FFA competitions are donated to the students by the group.

•  Additionally, the group offers scholarship opportunities only eligible to Cedar Park FFA student members, as well as financial support for student SAE projects (Animals, Ag Mech, Floral) qualifying for premium sales at the Williamson County and Greater Leander FFA project shows!
