Hours & Attendance

In an effort to streamline the hour collection process, members will do not need to turn in hours sheets. Officers will keep track of hours for you. You may check your hours at any time in the spreadsheet above. Hours should be updated within 48 hours of an event. 

MEETING ATTENDANCE: 

Rho Kappa holds a brief meeting once a month. In an effort to accommodate members, there will be two meeting times offered each month. Members are required to attend one of the two options.

If you have a conflict with both meeting times, your absence could possibly be excused. Email the sponsor (jennifer.fortenberry@leanderisd.org) to explain your two conflicts in advance of the meeting. Every situation is unique, however, a good general rule is that things that could be scheduled at different times (tutorials for example) will not be excused.

Attendance Rules:

• 1st Unexcused Absence = Warning

• 2nd Unexcused Absence = Warning + Extra RK service hour owed

• 3rd Unexcused Absence = Dismissal from the organization
