About Me

I have been teaching geography for 31 years now; I must say, I love geography because it is never dull. With a constantly changing world, things are always exciting in geography. It is my goal for your students to learn at least 10 new things every day before they leave my class. This goal is easy to achieve because of the constant state of change in today's world.

I also love the opportunity to teach your children about the world. With our "global community," it is imperative that today's youth learn about cultures from around the world. I hope to open their eyes to all that the world's diversity has to offer them. Through my class, it is my hope that these students will learn a greater appreciation, respect and tolerance for people, both their fellow Americans and those who are not Americans.
