About the Counselor

My name is Kelly Blackstock and I am so excited to be your school counselor. This will be my 22nd year in education and my 2nd year as a school counselor. I earned my bachelor's degree in education from Northern Arizona University and my master's degree in school counseling from Lamar University. I have three wonderful children, Mackenzie graduated from Rouse in spring and will be attending ACC this year. Logan is a junior as Rouse and plays trumpet for the marching band. Ben is in 7th grade at Stiles Middle School and plays the trombone. I love being an Akin Aviator! ✈
