Every six months, you should have a one-on-one session with your manager. The primary goal of this meeting is to collaboratively develop action plans aimed at enhancing team performance. During these sessions, you can also explore new growth opportunities, project future developments, pinpoint areas that require improvement from both sides(you should also share your point of view of your manager's relationship with you during this period of work relation), and identify avenues for potential enhancement.

Education gives strong foundations for building up a career. Therefore, in LEANTECH we provide some very useful resources to complete that growth path.
There are some educational resources already available such as Udemy; Platzi, and others. However, we can also request some extra help to contribute to our Professional or Personal growth each month. Note: If you don't have the UDEMY Lean Tech credentials you can contact the talent department.
