Framework: Through the Form, everyone can recognize actions for their team members if those actions are aligned with the categories mentioned on the document, so they must give the recognition in public and fill the form to track those points. At the end of each month, the warriors who accumulate more points per category must be recognized by their leader to the entire department and their remarkable actions must be shared within the department.
