Framework: Through the Form, everyone can  recognize actions for their team members if those actions are aligned with the categories mentioned on the document, so they must give the recognition in public and fill the form to track those points.  At the end of each month, the warriors who accumulate more points per category must be recognized by their leader to the entire department and their remarkable actions must be shared within the department.

      1. Accept or Decline your calendar meetings

      2. Make sure to reserve time in your calendar for task completion 

      3. Maintaining task organization and time management practices

  • Meetings

      1. Take note of the main points that need to be highlighted

      2. If you have any questions or concerns about the meeting's topic, always raise your hand

      3. Scheduled weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly meetings with your team, to talk about different topics and matters of the department (OKR's, retrospective meetings, etc)

  • Email

  1. Email etiquette course  (Head of email, greetings, redaction, response times)

  2. Schedule aside time in the day for review, response, and follow-up

  3. Confirm receipt of all emails

  4. If we receive a client email, make sure to follow up all the progress and involve on the best solution to be provided

  5. Sort your emails into categories by establishing folders for each subject and priority

  6. According to the priority, provide an answer at least as received

  • Team communication 

      1. Active participation in CoE slack channel 

      2. Encourage your team members to participate actively in their Slack channel

      3. Confirm receive for the slack messages

      4. Create a structure to have constant communication through your team channel, providing information of interest

  • General practices

      1. Review the CoE activities space as a reminder, same as for the constantly activities you complete.

      2. Updated click-up for each iteration taking into account the 4 main points to complete (Status, iteration tags, current progress, grade, self evaluation)
