LEAFAH comes from the word 'leaf', representing something fresh, natural and full of life. The 'AH' at the end gives it a softer, more personal sound, inspired by the Levant. Like our food, it is simple yet full of character.

At LEAFAH, we serve authentic Mediterranean street food that is full of flavour. Our falafel is freshly prepared, our shawarma is marinated in our own spice blend, and our halloumi comes straight from Greece. There are no shortcuts, and certainly no boring factory cheese.

We may not have a fancy kitchen full of machines. What we do have are good ingredients, patience, a strong sense of taste and a sense of humour. Because food should be a joy from start to finish.

Whether you prefer pita bread made with white or wholemeal flour, or a bowl with all the toppings, we serve real food made with love. It's not mass-produced or rushed; it's just something you might want to share or keep entirely to yourself.
