My name is Erika Wyngard and this will be my eleventh year teaching fourth grade at Lac du Flambeau. This year I will be teaching reading!
I am married and have two sons. Julian is 5 years old and Quinton is 3! Outside of teaching I really enjoy the outdoors with my family whenever possible. Boozhoo! My name is Val Olson and I will be teaching math. I started teaching at Lac du Flambeau in 1996 and was a second grade teacher for sixteen years. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education - Learning Disabilities and Natural Resources from UW-Stevens Point. I received my Master's Degree in Classroom Management from Viterbo University- LaCrosse.
I am married and have two sons. I have five grandsons and three granddaughters! I enjoy spending time with my family, grandkids, and dogs, as well as reading, and being outdoors.

My name is Kendyl Riemer and this is my fifth year teaching at LDF. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Spanish minor. I am thrilled to be teaching four sections of writing this coming 2025-2026 school year.
When I’m not in the classroom, I love to stay busy hiking, being on the water, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. I also recently adopted a puppy named Lucy and have enjoyed spending much of my free time with her. I look forward to meeting you and for an excellent school year.
