Mrs. Katey Greaney is a 2011 graduate of Lynchburg College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. Mrs. Greaney has taught elementary music and elementary and middle school band during her thirteen years of teaching experience. She has previously taught in Roanoke City Public Schools and at Holy Cross Regional Catholic School. Her primary instrument is saxophone, and she performs in numerous ensembles throughout Lynchburg including The Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra Big Band, Lynchburg Pops Community Band, and has previously been a member of the University of Lynchburg Community Big Band. She is currently a member of Bells of the Blue Ridge, a community handbell ensemble, based in Lynchburg.
