The deadlines for your SLO are listed on the document to the left. These deadlines are mandated by the Lancaster County School District and are modeled after the South Carolina business rules for the SLO.
Specific dates from Career Center Admin -
Baseline data must be completed by September 19.
Initial Meeting with your assigned Administrator- Before Friday, October 24th ( Before this meeting you should have all of your student data, the unit and have everything filled out in SCLead)
Mid-Meeting- Before Friday, Nov. 21st (take out all students that have not received 85% instruction.
Final SLO Meeting- Before Wednesday, December 19th.

Students must be present for a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the academic school year to be included in the SLO. This equals a minimum of one hundred, thirty -five days (135) in attendance for a year- long course, sixty-eight (68) days for a semester- long course, and thirty-eight (38) days for a quarter-long course. Students who have absences that exceed the minimum number can be excluded before determining the SLO score upon review and approval from the administrator/evaluator in the summative conference.
