About Me:

I am a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education with concentrations in English Language Arts and History. I was born in Charlotte, NC and attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools, graduating from South Mecklenburg High School. I served in the US Army as a power generation technician. I moved to SC in 1992 and have lived in the Indian Land area ever since. I am married to my wonderful wife, Elizabeth, and have one son - Michael.

I spend my spare time camping, kayaking, traveling, and reading. I love murder mysteries, historical fiction/non-fiction, and military themed novels. I have traveled to Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, and the Bahamas. I have been to 20 different states in the US, and would love to visit the other 30 states in the future!
