Completing 2 courses from any Pathway offered at the LCCC or BHS labels you as a "Concentrator"
Completing all of the courses in a Pathway gives you the distinction of "Completer,"
which allows you the opportunity:
to wear a cord at graduation
let colleges, employers, and military branches know that you completed a career Pathway
earn certifications and national career credentials
potentially earn a Career Ready Distinction on your diploma and/or Dual Enrollment credit
possibly participate in Work Based Learning or internships
You may complete more than one Pathway
You cannot start a Pathway your senior year, except for EMS, which is only for seniors

Pay attention to announcements and posts in your grade level Google Classroom for exam dates (usually in February or March). You cannot request these Pathways without taking the entrance exam and getting accepted. See your counselor for more information.
The Lancaster Advantage Magazine
The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Lancaster County School District and its Career Center, has published the second edition of The Lancaster Advantage workforce retainment and recruitment magazine.
The 2022 publication’s purpose is to inform students and their parents about employment opportunities available in Lancaster County when they graduate.
