How do I know what my username is?

• If you successfully registered last year your username should be the same. If you need help remembering your username try one of these options:
  • Use the "Forgot Username?" link from the SchoolMint login page https://lcschools.schoolmint.net/forgot-username,
  • Contact your local school for assistance,
  • Contact Libby Johnson at the Board of Education 256-760-1300
  • Contact SchoolMint directly by email support@schoolmint.com or by phone (855) 957-3535.

How do I know what my password is?

• If you know your username but have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot password link https://lcschools.schoolmint.net/forgot-password?username= to send yourself a password reset message. If you do not remember your username, please see the instructions above for retrieving your username.

How do I get logged into the online registration system? - For Parents New to Lauderdale County Schools

• Go to https://lcschools.schoolmint.net/signup to signup for an account and begin registering your students.
• You still need to come by and visit your local school to meet with an administrator to finalize your enrollment. Submission of online registration only DOES NOT guarantee enrollment.

What do I do if it keeps asking for a 6 digit access code?

• If your children are showing up, but you keep getting requested for an access code -
  • Try clicking on the "Re-Enroll" button.
• If none of your students are showing up and you keep getting requested for an access code -
  • You may be trying to use a different username (either email or phone number) than is currently associated with your student. If you have a different email or phone number that could possibly be listed as the primary contact for your student try it instead. If that does not work, then please contact your local school or SchoolMint support, by email support@schoolmint.com or by phone (855) 957-3535 Press 1 for family support during our support hours 9am CST to 5pm CST.

I am trying to use the app, but my school does not show up as an organization, what do I do?

• "School Organization" refers the district, not the school. Please select "Lauderdale County" for this blank and you'll be given an option to select the school later.
• While we are familiar with the term school district, other areas use different names. As SchoolMint serves schools all over the US they use the generic term "School Organization" to refer to the district.
