Description

STEM Club is a club for students that are interested in the STEM field. Meetings consist of small competitions such as building or trivia where members utilize their STEM skills to win a prize. For example, competitions such as who can make a paper airplane that can be thrown the farthest or create the tallest and sturdiest building using cups will be held. We conduct short labs such as tornado in a bottle, chemical reactions from cola and mentos, and even creating hurricanes in bowls! The other portion of the meeting is dedicated to discussing STEM colleges, internships, competitions, and careers.
