Sources of Strength

Parents and students can engage in multiple self-care activities that focus on Hope, Help, and Strength: Gratitude Journal, Self-Care Card, Emotion Check-In, Tangled Ball of Emotions, and Strength Check-In Coloring Sheet. There are also games to play with family and friends: Sources of Strength Board Game, and various Quingo.
