Exploratory Dramatics

Exploratory Dramatics offers an introduction to many of the core aspects of theatre including ensemble building, self-expression, pantomime, voice, improvisation, technical theatre, dramatic interpretation, and more. 

The course is open to 7th and 8th graders.

Mr. Simonton's Exploratory Dramatics classes will be graded based on the following:

• Major Summatives: Are primarily performances/projects

• Minor Summatives: Are primarily reflections, critiques and other writing

Exploratory Dramatics classes meet on B days during block 5, 6 and 7.
