Hello everyone! I am Noah Kachman and I will be the School Counselor for the Kindergarten and First Grade this school year! 2019-2020 will be my first year as a School Counselor and my first year with Pinebrook Elementary. I look forward to working with everyone to ensure that all Pumas achieve great success!
I have been working with children since high school, first starting as an after school assistant. I have also been a preschool teacher, a lifeguard, and currently enjoy working my summers with Fairfax County summer camps.
I attended George Mason University where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies, focusing in Child and Family Studies. What a mouthful!
In Spring 2019, I graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a Master's degree in School Counseling. Let's have a great year!

Hello Pumas! My name is Tana Amodeo and I am thrilled to start my second year at Pinebrook! I will be serving as School Counselor for our second and fourth grade students this year. I very much look forward to working together to ensure our Pumas grow in their academic, personal/social, and career development. This will be my 8th year as a professional School Counselor.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University, along with a Master of Education and Human Development with a concentration in School Counseling from George Washington University. My husband and I reside in Loudoun County and are proud parents to our busy one-year-old son!
I am looking forward to partnering with you towards your child’s success!
Hello Pinebrook Families! My name is Lisa Morales and I am so excited to be one of the professional school counselors at Pinebrook Elementary! This year I will primarily be working with 3rd and 5th grade students. As a school counselor, I facilitate small groups, conduct classroom lessons, and work with students individually based on their academic, social, and emotional needs. My goal is to help create a welcoming school environment and community that fosters and celebrates individuality, creativity, and a love for life-long learning.
I am originally from Arizona, where I earned my B.A. in psychology and Spanish from Northern Arizona University. I received my M.A. in School Counseling Services from Marymount University. After working as a professional school counselor at the high school level for Fairfax County Public Schools, I decided to take time out to have a family of my own. During that time, I enjoyed volunteering as a room parent, soccer coach, PTA president, and more recently, working as a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools.
I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and creating lasting memories for an unforgettable year!
Here are some fun facts about me:
I have identical twin girls in the 5th grade.
I love anything sparkly (my girls often have to remind me not to get distracted by shiny things).
I love coffee!
My favorite food is pizza with veggies.
