REHEARSAL CALENDAR INFO
We aim to schedule the months in advance for planning and convenience, but there are often circumstances that require calendar adjustments.
** THE CALENDAR IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE **.
Calendar changes are most often due to facilities conflicts, snow days/make up days, student preparedness, etc. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
Call Board Updates:
Wednesday, March 18- we are planing to run rehearsal until 9:00 pm tonight. Students will contact their rides if we finish early! (I will have some fruits and snacks available.)
REMINDER: CAST - Makeup and Shoes must be brought in today!
Cast members should plan to wear an 'undergarment' layer to school for show days.
Shoe and Makeup/Hair information is available on the Costume Page. Please read carefully!

Rehearsal Info and Expectations:
Rehearsals are MANDATORY, unless otherwise noted. If you need to miss a scheduled rehearsal, email jennifer.steeprow@lcps.org
Come to rehearsal prepared: Learn your lines, listen to songs, and practice dances. And, always bring your script, a pencil, and a water bottle.
Rehearsal days and times:
There will be rehearsals on all Saturdays, with rare omissions. (Generally in the mornings)
Rehearsal end time will get later as the season progresses. Unless otherwise noted, progressive end times:
DEC 5:30pm, JAN 6:00 pm, FEB is 6:30pm, MAR is 7:00pm.

SHOW DAY Notes -
Students will be served dinner on Th, Fri (before the shows) and Saturday (in between shows).
Students should arrive ON TIME, with their 'base layer' on. (more info on 'base layer' will be provided by costuming team.)
Cast will apply their 'stage makeup' at school under the guidance and direction of the costuming team.
