Hi my name is Kaelyn this is my first time being in a play though I have been to many in the past I’m still a bit confused on how this is supposed to work. I decided to do Stage Crew because I personally don’t like being on stage or being in public it makes me very uncomfortable, so I decided to do Stage Crew because they are mostly behind the curtain and the only time they appear is when they are moving stuff on and off stage and the bows and the end of the show, so with all of that in mind I thought it would be perfect for me.
Hello! I have been into theater, music, and dancing… well, probably since I was born. I’ve enjoyed playing different characters, singing, dancing, and just being in a theater in general. It’s always been a part of my life, always will be a part of my life, and is just a great experience I’ve had. It’s an amazing way to express myself, and feel like I’m part of something. I actually wasn’t too nervous for auditions, I just kinda went there, did the things, and got it over with. I fumbled a bit on the singing audition, but I made sure to get back on my feet afterwards. Then callbacks happened. I just kinda said “alright I got a callback, boom, love that” and went to it. Callbacks were more Chill than I thought they would be, but In the end, it was nice. Although I’ll never forget the times I got to do some scenes as Miss trunchbull (the character I’m playing) and basically scared the heck out of everyone. It’s very fun to be Miss Trunchbull, and just scream at EVERYONE. I don’t pick favorites, I scream at EVERYONE. It’s very very fun. Although I don’t plan to be doing theater forever, I’ll always incorporate it into my life, no matter what I choose to do. It’s been such a big part of my life, and I’ll never forget it.

He also wants to thank his friends that convinced him to go to the first drama club meeting, because he might not have had the courage to attend otherwise. Remember to do what makes you happy, not what makes others happy.
