Simulation

During the simulation, Delegates will be split into two worlds, containing 6 fictional but realistic countries.

In order to work through the challenges of the simulation, there will be two forms of collaboration: Domestic Discussion and International Forum.

During Domestic Discussion, delegates will work within their country groups to address the scenarios thrown at them and take concrete actions to resolve issues.

International Forum will provide delegates with the opportunity to collaborate with the other country groups. For example, they may ask for help, resolve conflicts, write treaties, and negotiate economic agreements.

Each delegate will receive a role to portray during the simulation. You will act from the perspective of this role during the simulation, so think accordingly. Who knows, you might be a government official, editor in chief of a famous news publication, or CEO of a million-dollar corporation!
